Is AMS Operation official with Amazon?
Yes. You connect through Amazon’s own Login with Amazon (LWA), and we read your data via the official Selling Partner API (SP-API). We never see your Seller Central password, and we operate in line with Amazon’s SP-API Acceptable Use Policy.
Who are the VAs, and how are they trained?
Our virtual assistants are trained by 7-figure Amazon sellers and managed by AMS Operation. You get daily and weekly reporting, so you always know exactly what’s being done on your account.
Do I have to buy everything at once?
No. Start with AMS Software to get organized, then add the support services you need — AMS Admin Service and AMS Sourcing Service are available today. Bundle two or more and save 3–7%. AMS Bookkeeping Service and AMS Buying Service are still in the works — get in touch if you want to hear when they land.
Is there a free trial?
The 7-day free trial applies to the AMS Software plan on its own. Adding any support service means billing starts on activation with no trial, and returning accounts are billed at checkout. Support services available today: AMS Admin Service and AMS Sourcing Service. Cancel during the free trial and you are never billed. The 7-day 75% money-back window applies to plans that are charged up front instead of trialed.
Is there a contract?
Yes — all plans have a minimum 2-month commitment (the 7-day free window is the exception). If you cancel during Month 1, your plan ends at the end of Month 1 and a ½-month early-exit fee — 50% of the monthly price of what you cancel — applies. After the commitment, your plan continues month-to-month until you cancel.
What happens if I cancel during Month 1?
After the first 7 days, cancelling in Month 1 ends your plan at the end of Month 1. To opt out of the 2-month commitment early, a ½-month fee — 50% of the monthly price of what you cancel (a single service, or your whole plan) — is charged when you cancel. Month 1 itself is not refunded.
What happens if I cancel during Month 2?
Month 2 is charged in full and is not refundable. If you cancel during Month 2 your plan stays active until the end of that billing period and then ends, with no further billing. (Month 1 is different — see above: a ½-month early-exit fee of 50% applies.)
Can I add services later?
Yes, services can be added or removed at any time.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is yours. You can export it before you go, and we permanently delete your data within 30 days of cancellation. Your Amazon data is never sold or shared with third parties.
Does it work for both FBA and FBM?
Yes. AMS Operation syncs inventory, orders, and listings for both FBA and FBM directly from Seller Central.
How is my data secured?
Your SP-API tokens are stored in an isolated, encrypted vault and never exposed to the browser. Row-level security means your data is accessible only to you and the team members you authorize.
